About Frozen and Chilled Products
We send chilled and frozen products to you with ice, in a special packaging. However, sometimes, products can defrost quickly during the delivery process. In such cases, we don’t recommend these products are re-frozen, once they reach you. It is recommended that you consume these products as soon as possible (within 1-2 days).
