Larissa Halloumi Cheese is a semi-hard, unripened cheese made from a mixture of goat’s, cow’s and sheep’s milk which is a cheese lover’s dream. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled. This property makes it a popular meat substitute.
You can add Larissa Halloumi Cheese to some vegetable skewers and grill it that way, make a cheese sandwich out of it maybe with some fresh pesto, chop it up small and add to a grain salad or place it on top of a burger.
